We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100. Standard shipping times range from 3-7 business days depending on your location. Smokova is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
