Free Shipping Over $50
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $100. No code needed—discount is automatically applied at checkout.
USA Only Shipping
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
1. Order Processing Time
We know you're eager to start grilling! Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Times
We use reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (rates vary)
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. For orders under $100, standard shipping rates apply.
4. Lost or Damaged Orders
While rare, sometimes issues happen. If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit:
- Damaged Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows 'Delivered' but you don't have it, please check with neighbors first, then contact us.
We’ll work with you and the carrier to make it right.
