At Smokova, we stand behind the premium quality of our BBQ accessories. If you're not 100% satisfied with your stainless steel rolling grill basket, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Easy Returns

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • Includes all original accessories and manuals.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that personalized items or gift cards are non-returnable.

Free Return Instructions

To initiate a return, simply email us at support@Smokova.com with your Order #. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

2. Return Process

Once you've contacted us:

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Attach the return shipping label we provide.
  3. Drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Returns should be mailed to our US-based returns center. We will provide the exact address via email.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@Smokova.com and we'll take care of it immediately.

5. Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the promotion at purchase. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
